NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED ACTION TO FIX OR INCREASE FEES, RATES, TOLLS, PENALTIES, CHARGES FOR DOMESTIC WATER SERVICES.  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S. § 32-1-1001(2), as may be amended, that the Board of Directors of the ST. MARY'S GLACIER WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT (the “District”) is considering setting and/or increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges imposed by the District for the provision of domestic water services and/or facilities to residents and property owners located within or outside the District’s boundaries. The District’s Board of Directors shall consider such an increase in the fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges imposed for the provision of domestic water services and/or facilities at a special meeting of the District to be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, March 30, 2026.
